Approval Requirement: Club Team HQ reserves the right to approve or deny any advertiser or advertisement for any reason.
Local Pricing Structure: Advertising rates are determined and managed by independent Club Team HQ County Representatives.
County Advertising Only: Your purchased advertising banner will appear only on your local county Club Team HQ home page. To advertise with other counties, visit that county site.
Standard Banner Format: All banner ads must be standard web-sized medium banners (300x250px) in PNG or JPG format. No animated files or interactive ads allowed.
Monthly Duration: Advertising prices are listed per one-month period and are renewable.
Ad Placement: Ad placement is based on availability and is first come, first served within each county or region.
Content Guidelines: Ads must be family-friendly, sports-related, and relevant to youth athletics, training, or services.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before ad placement. No refunds for early cancellation.
Tracking Not Included: Club Team HQ does not guarantee impressions, clicks, or conversions. Advertisers are encouraged to track their own performance via custom links.
